This is an easy fruit salad recipe and people always ask for it.

Pork tenderloin is split and filled with a festive mixture of crushed Pepperidge Farm® Onion and Garlic Croutons, Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa and chorizo sausage, grilled to perfection and served with a scrumptious mango-orange-cilantro sauce.

People who have tasted this thick mix of beans, spices and chicken say: 'So good it'll make you perky and stupid!' I've placed in my workplace's annual Halloween chili cook-off for the last three years. Looks strange -- tastes great! Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and warm flour tortillas.
